How to Submit to the Competition

Please Send an e-mail to with the following. If you will submit to two or more sections, you need to submit by each section.

• * E-mail subject: Rencon 2009 submission
• * System name
• * Representative's name and affiliation
• * Contributors' name
• * On-site operator's name and affiliation (one or more)
• * Entry section (choose from following)
  1. Autonomous section
  2. System-supported section
  3. Open section
• * If you choose the open section, please describe the following:
  • output instrument (singing voice, MIDI saxophone etc.)
  • Output data format (SMF, WAV, AIFF, etc.)
  • Title and composer's name of the piece that your system will generate
    (you can change it later)
• * System description (about 100 words)
• * Image file(s) -- for Rencon flyer only
• Reference URL if you have -- for Rencon flyer only
• Short message for the entertaining competition -- for Rencon flyer only
